Recently had a pet that passed. Kravanya was in charge of her cremation. They picked her up from the vet and transported her body to their facility. They called me to let me know they had her and they called once their service was over and brought her remains to Gillespie for an easy pick up. I cannot express how comforting it was to know she was in such good care. I highly recommend Ideal services if you have a beloved pet. I was out of state when I needed to make arrangements suddenly for my brother. Kravanya was highly recommended by a friend in my state of Florida. The process was very smooth, helpful and worry free. The Kravanaya family took such amazing care of us and our needs. We felt as though we were dealing with personal friends. Lynn went out of her way to make things easy, understandable and smooth.
